Booking and Payment

How can I book a holiday home?
You can easily find your ideal vacation rental through our website. Use the filters to select your preferences and book directly online. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation details.
How does payment work?
  • Deposit: A percentage of the total rental price is due upon booking.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than [number] weeks before arrival.
  • Last-minute bookings: If booking within [number] weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
Can I place a temporary hold on a property?
Yes, we offer a free 3-day hold option. This allows you time to decide without worrying about losing the booking.
Which payment methods are available?

What happens if I need to cancel?
  • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained by BonCasa Costa Blanca.
  • Cancellations within 30 days before arrival: the full rental amount is due.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage.

Arrival and Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 16:00 to 23:00. Arriving later? Let us know!
Check-out: Before 10:00 on departure day.

Where do I pick up the keys?
Before arrival, you will receive an email with key collection instructions. You can collect the keys at:

Our Meet & Greet service, where we personally welcome you at the accommodation.

What if I arrive later than planned?

Contact us if you are arriving after 23:00. In some cases, a late check-in can be arranged at an additional cost.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, most accommodations require a security deposit. The amount is specified in your booking confirmation.

  • The deposit can be paid in advance via bank transfer or upon arrival by (credit) card or cash.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
Are pets allowed?
Not all accommodations allow pets. Please check before booking. In some cases, prior written approval is required, and extra cleaning fees may apply. Pets are never allowed on beds or sofas.

Yes, with our grocery service, we ensure your fridge is stocked upon arrival. Provide us with your shopping list in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is bicycle rental available?
Yes, we offer bike rentals, including city bikes, electric bikes, and mountain bikes. You can book in advance or during your stay.
Do you offer activities such as golf, hiking, padel, and cycling trips?
Yes! We can book golf courses for you and arrange excursions, such as hiking trips, padel lessons, and cycling tours along the most scenic routes. Contact us for more information.

Facilities and Practical Information

Is bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided. For longer stays, fresh linen is available upon request.
Are baby cots or high chairs available?
Yes, these can be reserved in advance. Let us know what you need, and we will ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
Is WiFi available in the accommodation?
Yes, all properties have WiFi. You will receive login details upon arrival.
Are electricity and air conditioning included?
Yes, electricity and air conditioning are included in the rental price. For winter rentals, gas and electricity costs are charged separately based on usage.
How does heating work during winter months?
Heating is not always centralized as you may be used to at home. Please check the heating options when booking. Costs for gas and oil are charged separately.

Departure and Check-Out

What is the check-out procedure?
  • Ensure the accommodation is left in a broom-clean condition.
  • Dishes and kitchenware must be cleaned and put away.
  • Keys must be returned as instructed.
What happens if there is damage to the property?
If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately. If damage is found during check-out, the cost may be deducted from your security deposit.
