How can I book a holiday home?
How does payment work?
- Deposit: A percentage of the total rental price is due upon booking.
- Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than [number] weeks before arrival.
- Last-minute bookings: If booking within [number] weeks before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
Can I place a temporary hold on a property?

What happens if I need to cancel?
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained by BonCasa Costa Blanca.
- Cancellations within 30 days before arrival: the full rental amount is due.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
Arrival and Stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 16:00 to 23:00. Arriving later? Let us know!
Check-out: Before 10:00 on departure day.
Where do I pick up the keys?
Our office or a key safe at the property.
Our Meet & Greet service, where we personally welcome you at the accommodation.
What if I arrive later than planned?
Contact us if you are arriving after 23:00. In some cases, a late check-in can be arranged at an additional cost.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, most accommodations require a security deposit. The amount is specified in your booking confirmation.
- The deposit can be paid in advance via bank transfer or upon arrival by (credit) card or cash.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
