What will you do?

In this multifaceted position you will be primarily working in the office, your duties will include:

  • Support the office team with administrative work and customer service

  • Managing bookings, reservations and answering customer inquiries

  • Coordination of cleaning and maintenance services

  • Checking tenants in and out

  • Communication with customers in both Dutch and Spanish

  • Provide information and advice to guests about the region and accommodations

  • Providing guests with information and advice about the region and our accommodation.

     

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who likes to work hard, is independent and functions well in a team. Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • You love hard work and don’t have a 9-to-5 mentality

  • You speak and write Dutch and Spanish fluently and have a good command of the English language

  • Experience in tourism, hospitality or a similar industry is a plus

  • You are good at coordinating tasks and ensuring that various operations run efficiently and smoothly.
  • You are flexible and able to perform administrative duties in the office as well as physically working in the field

  • You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and can work both independently and as part of a team
  • You are proactive and take initiative to improve processes and support customers
  • Possessing a driver’s license (B) is a plus
