Availability & bookings

You determine the rental periods. Through our online system, you have 24/7 access to:

Pricing and costs

• Rental prices are determined in consultation. A percentage is applied between the weekly price for the owner and the final rental price for the tenant.
• Costs borne by the owner:

Advertising costs, commissions (to third parties), and the aforementioned service fees.
Gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV (charged to the tenant for winter rentals).

Property, garden, and pool maintenance (excluding damage caused by tenants).

Tax obligations In Spain you are required to pay tax on rental income. The amount depends on your total income and possible deductions.
