Pricing and costs
- Rental prices are determined in consultation. A percentage is applied between the weekly price for the owner and the final rental price for the tenant.

Gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV (charged to the tenant for winter rentals).
Property, garden, and pool maintenance (excluding damage caused by tenants).
