Renting out a holiday home? It’s a great way to earn extra income, but it does take time and attention. With over 10 years of experience in (online) holiday rentals, we know exactly what it takes to do it right.

We understand how much work is involved in renting out your property and what local services are needed to support that: from key exchange and cleaning to answering all your guests’ questions before, during and after their stay.

Flexible and tailored rental services that suit your needs 

We offer rental services based on a flexible contract with a minimum number of bookings per year. A monthly fee is calculated accordingly. You can easily add extra services at discounted rate whenever needed, ensuring the level of support you want.

From € 125 per month, we offer professional support to help you rent out your home.

Full rental management

Prefer to not deal with the rental process at all? No problem. We take full responsibility for managing your property, including all legal requirements and official registrations.

* We only work with properties that hold a valid tourist rental license. The owner is responsible for registering the property with SES Hospedajes for guest registration. We can assist you with this if needed.
